A healthy serve.

Here are some of the key ingredients that go into our bags of aussielent goodness:

Made from whole oats, oat flour is a highly nutritious source of carbs containing manganese, thiamin, phosphorous and selenium. Plus, it’s packed with beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that helps improve cholesterol, heart health, and blood sugar levels.

Maltodextrin is known as a ‘complex carbohydrate’. It provides energy to cells, particularly in the brain which requires glucose for metabolism. We’ve carefully selected a Maltodextrin with a dextrose equivalent (DE) of 10, which is absorbed slower than the typical ‘DE 20’ type used by bodybuilders.

Like all things good and pure, our whey protein is made in Tasmania. It’s a premium source of both protein and amino acids, which help to build lean muscle.

A quality source of vegan protein, Soy Protein Isolate contains all essential amino acids. These are the building blocks of muscle, body tissue, the immune system and hormones in the body.

This ray of restorative sunshine is as close to a miracle of nature as we’ve seen yet. High oleic oil is high in unsaturated fat, low in saturated fat, and has no trans fat. The large amount of monounsaturated fat in high oleic oil has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol (the bad kind) without lowering HDL cholesterol (the good kind). When LDL cholesterol goes down, so do the risks of heart disease, heart attacks, and stroke.

Our supermeals deliver the recommended daily intake of 26 essential vitamin and minerals. Here goes: Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Iron, magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Potassium, Selenium, Sodium, Zinc. Phew!

Three steps to making aussielent a healthy habit:

1. Choose your supermeals

So you’ve decided to make a meal of it. Good for you! Our powder (available in chocolate, vanilla or vegan) can be mixed in under a minute. Or choose our long life, ready-to-drink bottles for when a minute prep is a minute too long. If you're after reduced carbs, then the low-carb is for you. Each aussielent blend is packed with all kinds of healthy goodness – you can check out all the nutritional info above.

2. Size your supermeals

At aussielent, we use the term ‘upsize’ in a healthy way. You can try a sampler - a ready-to-drink bottle containing one meal, or a pouch of powder with four meals  - or ‘upsize’ to a bulk order. That’s 12 bottles or a box of seven pouches – aka a week’s worth of food. If you’d like to enjoy the benefits of aussielent on the regular, sign up to a subscription.

3. Ship your supermeals

No one likes waiting. That’s why we’ve devised the speediest way possible to get aussielent into your hands. Make your order before 10am for same-day despatch. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can use the aussielent satellite to see where it is. Oh, and we’ll chip in with free shipping when you order four bulk boxes or more.
