HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

Reward your good intentions with a regular Aussielent delivery!  
Subscriptions attract a 10% discount and are absolutely no-strings attached. 
There are no minimum deliveries required and you can cancel, skip, pause or change your subscription at any time via the customer portal. We've partnered with Recharge for our subscription service. Here's the details: 

 


MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Log in any time via the customer portal to manage your subscription. 

Access the Customer Portal in two ways:

Via a unique Customer Portal link.
This will be sent to you by email when you activate your subscription. This link will be also automatically emailed to you ahead of every subscription processing.

Via the Aussielent home page.
You can also log into your customer account via the Login function on the Aussielent home page (top right corner). To use this option you must also have set up an Aussielent account using the same email address as your subscription. If you don’t have an Aussielent account, create one in under a minute via the Login button.
To login via the Aussielent page
(1) Go to the Aussielent home page and click 'Login'. Login in using your email address and password.
(2) Click 'Edit Subscription Details' to go to the customer portal for subscribers.



      CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

      Log in to the Customer portal. 
      (1) From the left hand menu, select the 'Subscriptions' tab. 
      Then you can either:
      (2) Edit an existing address, or
      (3) Create a new address.

      ADDING ANOTHER PRODUCT TO A SUBSCRIPTION

      Log in to the Customer portal. 
      (1) From the left hand menu, select the 'Subscriptions' tab. 
      (2) Then click 'Add Product'.  Search and select the product you would like to add to your account.

      SWAPPING TO ANOTHER PRODUCT

      Log in to the Customer portal. 
      (
      1) From the left hand menu, select the 'Subscriptions' tab. 
      (2) Open the drop down menu under 'Actions' (to the right),  then click 'Swap'. This will open a window where you can select a different product.

      CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

      Log in to the Customer portal. 
      (1) From the left hand menu, select the 'Subscriptions' tab. 
      (2) Open the drop down menu under 'Actions' (to the right),  then click 'Cancel'. Choose a cancellation reason (eg 'I no longer use this product') and then click 'Cancel my subscription' to complete the cancellation.

      SKIPPING AN UPCOMING ORDER

      Log in to the Customer Portal.
      (1) Click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
      (2) To skip a delivery, click Skip to the right of the order you'd like to skip.

      RESCHEDULING AN UPCOMING ORDER

      Log in to the Customer Portal 
      (1) Click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu.
      (2) Click 'Edit', then
      (3) Then click 'change next charge date', and select the new delivery date you'd like. This can be either sooner or later than what was scheduled. 

      CHANGING THE PRODUCT QUANTITY

      Log in to the Customer Portal 
      (1) Click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu. 
      (2) Click 'Edit', then 
      (3) Then click 'change product quantity', and choose the new quantity you'd like.

      CHANGING THE DELIVERY FREQUENCY (HOW OFTEN YOU RECEIVE A DELIVERY)

      Log in to the Customer Portal 
      (1) Click on 'Delivery schedule' in the left-hand menu. 
      (2) Click 'Edit', then 
      (3) Then click 'Change Delivery Schedule', and choose the new interval you'd like.
