Here are some of the key ingredients that go into our bags of aussielent goodness:
OAT FLOUR
Made from whole oats, oat flour is a highly nutritious source of carbs containing manganese, thiamin, phosphorous and selenium. Plus, it’s packed with beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that helps improve cholesterol, heart health, and blood sugar levels.
MALTODEXTRIN
Maltodextrin is known as a ‘complex carbohydrate’. It provides energy to cells, particularly in the brain which requires glucose for metabolism. We’ve carefully selected a Maltodextrin with a dextrose equivalent (DE) of 10, which is absorbed slower than the typical ‘DE 20’ type used by bodybuilders.
WHEY PROTEIN
Whey protein is a premium source of both protein and amino acids, which help to build lean muscle. Our whey protein is ultra-filtrated and comes from beautiful Warrnambool, on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
SOY FLOUR
Soy flour is derived from roasted soybeans finely ground into a powder. It is a rich source of protein, as well as iron, Vitamin B and calcium. Naturally gluten free, our soy flour is specially roasted here in Melbourne and has a lovely nutty flavour.
HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER OIL
This ray of restorative sunshine is as close to a miracle of nature as we’ve seen yet. High oleic oil is high in unsaturated fat, low in saturated fat, and has no trans fat. The large amount of monounsaturated fat in high oleic oil has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol (the bad kind) without lowering HDL cholesterol (the good kind). When LDL cholesterol goes down, so do the risks of heart disease, heart attacks, and stroke.

Our supermeals deliver the recommended daily intake of 26 essential vitamin and minerals.
