Our low-carb shakes are nutritionally balanced and contain the recommended intake of just about everything your body needs.
Depending on the meal plan you're following, the shakes can be prepared in two ways: • 406 calories (by adding the recommended olive oil), or • 215 calories (by omitting the oil, for a lighter meal).
Every shake also contains7.1g of carbs, 30g+ of protein, essential fats including omegas 3 + 6, and 25% RDI of 26 vitamins + minerals.

How to use:
It couldn't be easier to make up a shake! Just add one serve of powder to a protein shaker, add water and shake up. (Please note, if you are adding the oil, this is not included - you will need 21g of olive oil per meal on hand.)
To incorporate the shakes into your daily routine, follow one of the meal plans in the Kickstart PDF, or alternately, simply swap out 1-2 meals a day. If you're unsure of your calorific requirements, you can use our calculator to work out what will best suit you.
