Aussielent is nutritionally complete powdered food and shakes. Our thoughtful meals are long-life, low waste, satiating, and prepped in under a minute. You can replace one meal, or many – whatever suits your lifestyle.
Our meals contain the recommended intake of just about everything your body needs. Every meal is a nutritionally balanced blend of protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, omegas 3 + 6, plus 26 essential vitamins and minerals.
An average meal contains around 500 calories. If you want to reduce both your carbs and your calories, our low-carb products have less of both.

Our powders are proudly made in Melbourne, in facilities adhering to HACCP and regularly audited by SAI Global, Dairy Food Safety and DAFF. If you’re interested, you can take a peek inside our factory, filmed by 7 News, here.
Our bottles are manufactured separately in Melbourne in the first Australian facility to offer ultra-high temperature (UHT) bottled products utilising cold-fill technology.

Storage + Preparation
Part of Aussielent’s appeal is its long shelf life. In powdered form, our products remain fresh for 12 months from the date of manufacture. We recommend Aussielent should be stored and sealed in a cool dry place. Our powders come in a re-closable zip-lock pouch for your ease.
Our long life bottles are good for 12-months from the date of manufacture and don’t require refrigeration - however they’re best stored in a cool place (under 25C) out of direct sunlight.
That’s a resounding yes! It’s the very reason we created Aussielent in the first place. Our ready-to-drink bottles are ready to go when you are - just crack the lid. To prepare our powders, simply add water, shake up in a protein shaker, and toast to good health! We like our Aussielent at room temperature. But being Aussie, it can get a little warm sometimes – so give it a chill in the fridge if you prefer.

On the scoop – we’ve found most people have scales or measuring cups in the house and we’d rather not contribute more plastic waste to the world. 130g is approximately 1 cup. Thanks for helping our planet.
You bet, please do! Our cartons are made from 100% recycled cardboard, and can be recycled again. Our bottles are recycling symbol 1 (PET) and can be returned for 10c refund to any container recycling depot or vending machine in WA, NSW, SA, QLD and NT. In VIC and TAS they can go into your yellow recycling bin. We are working to improve our pouches and will be announcing some changes soon. In the meantime they are recycling symbol 7.
A subscription is an automatic, recurring delivery service which can be chosen for any of our products. Subscriptions attract a 10% discount and are no-strings attached. Just select the product or products you like and choose how often you want to receive them. If you change your mind, are already stocked up, or are away, you can skip, pause, cancel or change your delivery schedule yourself at any time. We've partnered with Recharge for our subscription service. Here's the details:
You can access the Customer Portal in two ways:
1. Via a unique email link.
This link will be sent to you by email when you activate your subscription - look for a welcome email from Recharge. This link will be also automatically emailed to you ahead of every subscription processing.
2. Via the Aussielent home page.
You can also log into your customer account via the Login function on the Aussielent home page (top right corner). To use this option you must also have set up an Aussielent account using the same email address as your subscription. If you don’t have an Aussielent account, create one in under a minute via the Login button.
We hate waiting too! We aim to ship your order ASAP – those placed by 10am weekdays will despatch the same day. We use AusPost for all shipping, and Australian customers will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is despatched. Stalk your Aussielent all the way to your house!
We ship Australia wide, and to New Zealand. We do not currently ship anywhere else overseas. Join our mailing list (just down below) and we’ll keep you ‘posted’.
Free shipping on all orders Australia wide! We use ‘Safe Drop’ for our parcels – you can nominate a safe place for your parcel to be left if you’re not home. Just select the location that suits you.
New Zealand customers
NZ customers can choose either AusPost Standard international or AusPost Express international.
AusPost Standard Intl shipping time is 5-10 business days.
AusPost Express Intl shipping time is 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the weight.
If you order a few products, sometimes due to weight we'll send these across two or three separate boxes. In this case, you should be able to them listed separately in your Aus Post tracking link (look for a dropdown under the tracking showing, for example, Item 1/2 and Item 2/2). We always despatch orders with multiple cartons together, but on occasion they become separated in transit and one may arrive slightly earlier than the other. Normally the second box is only a day behind its friend!
We apologise but due to occupational health and safety laws, we can’t have pickups from our warehouse. We also don’t want you to see how much fun we have at work – it wouldn’t be fair. We appreciate your understanding.

Returns for change of mind
We accept returns under certain conditions:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened boxes and pouches cannot be returned. 7-Day boxes and 12-bottle boxes are sold as individual, single units. We can't accept return of a bulk box that has been opened and had items taken out.
- Only items directly purchased from Aussielent can be returned.
- There are certain situations in which we'll accept a partial return, please email us!
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns due to not liking the taste or texture of our products. We sell sample packs and always recommend trying a sampler before committing to a bigger order.

Unless your item is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary and you might consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
If your order is damaged or defective
We will happily replace or refund your purchase. In this situation you also have statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or an items is defective (or your order simply never arrives!), we will happily replace or refund your purchase. You also have statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
